NAGA CITY --- Former Senate President and Liberal Party Natinal Chairman Frank Drilon will be one of the panelists during the multi-sectoral and skills building seminar workshop during the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Bicolandia Regional Convention and MCLE Seminar at the Avenue Plaza Convention Center here.
The convention and seminar will open on Thursday, May 22, and conclude on May 24, Saturday.

THE Naga City Government is now accepting applicants for scholarships in 2D animation.
Forty scholarships will be granted to poor but deserving students (residents of Naga City) who have the talent for illustration as well as students enrolling for their second year in 2D Animation.
Those interested may avail of the scholarships by filling up an application form along with barangay clearance, certificate of good moral character, income tax certificate or certificate of exemption from BIR, report card or certificate of grades from last school attended and two copies of 2x2 photos.

NAGA CITY --- Four young boys from the Naga Parochial School did their school and their city proud when they clinched top honors in the recently concluded 30th Childrens Museum Library Inc. Annual Summer Conference and Workshop held at the Regional Educational Learning Center in Boracay, Aklan.
Joseph Emmanuel Perez Lomibao topped the national spelling bee contest after a close match with student from General Santos City.
